People
Everyone you would give a seat to.
Regretted attrition only.
Recruiter fees, notice period, ramp time. Whatever your finance team already uses.
What you spend today
The number nobody puts in the renewal deck. An honest guess is fine.
What you would pay

The pilot is free for 20 people. After it, £119 per person, per programme: three sessions and the check-in sixty days later. The same price for every team up to 100 people.

The case

Add your figures above
The table fills in as you type. Everything in it is your arithmetic. We don’t supply any benchmarks.

The ask

  1. Agree a free pilot. It needs no budget for the quarter.
  2. Name 20 people in their first ten years: some heading towards a promotion case, some who seem to have stopped moving.
  3. Agree the success measure now: completion rate, plus whether managers report better one-to-ones.
  4. Review at the end of the quarter. If it worked, give seats to the rest of the group at £119 per person, per programme. If it didn’t, it stops by itself.
