The First Ten is a digital coaching platform that provides AI-assisted self-diagnostic modules for career development. Each module produces a personalised working document (“artifact”) based on your responses.

The diagnostic quiz is free. Individual modules, foundation packs, and full access require a one-time payment. All purchases grant lifetime access to the purchased modules, including future updates. Payments are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Modules use AI (powered by Anthropic’s Claude) to generate personalised feedback and insights. This content is for professional development purposes only and does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic). You are responsible for how you apply the insights in your career.

You retain ownership of all responses and data you provide during modules. We do not use your personal responses to train AI models. Your module data is stored solely to provide the service and can be deleted upon request.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Access is tied to the email address used for authentication. Do not share your magic link or account credentials.

The module frameworks, prompts, and structural methodologies are the intellectual property of The First Ten. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell the module content or artifacts for commercial purposes.

The First Ten is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for career outcomes, business decisions, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
