Sleep went first. Then the shorter temper. Then the Sunday evening dread, which used to be occasional and is now simply part of Sunday. You clocked every one of them and waved every one of them off, because pushing through has always worked. It keeps working right up until the bill arrives all at once instead of in instalments.
About 25 to 40 minutes. You leave with your own signal map and a response protocol, including one written for the state where you won't want to follow a protocol.
You're not in crisis, which is the problem. A crisis would get your attention. This is slower: energy dropping, the bar for what counts as a problem quietly rising, the good days and the baseline converging.
You keep telling yourself it passes. After this quarter. After the project. After the restructure. The "after" keeps moving, and the signs you noticed months ago haven't resolved themselves so much as become the weather.
"That's just how it is" is the sentence this session was built to catch.
Things that would have alarmed you two years ago are now a Tuesday. That isn't resilience, it's numbness, and the baseline shifted slowly enough that you never saw it move.
You'll do it when you've got more energy. You'll have the conversation when the timing improves. You'll set the boundary once the project ships. The thing draining you is the thing you're too drained to fix, and that loop has no exit in it.
You took the holiday. You had the weekend. You slept. Monday felt identical, because effort was never what tired you out. This is what happens after months in a state your body has been trying to leave.
Your own early warning system, written down: what fires first, what it means, and what to do at each level while it's still cheap. More like a flight manual than a wellness plan.
Work backwards from a recent bad stretch to the signals that came before it, including the ones you explained away at the time.
Your warning signs, sorted into physical, emotional and behavioural, with a read on what they've been trying to tell you.
The map, a weekly watch list, and responses at three levels. Including one for the state where you won't want to follow a protocol.
Included in every pilot seat
Every programme ends with this session, sixty days after the first. A pilot is one programme for up to 20 people: three sessions each, then this check-in. You get a report on the whole group. Each person’s document stays private unless they choose to share it with you.

I burned out once, properly. Every signal was there. I overrode all of them.
Year six, my body was being fairly clear about it. Sleep broken, jaw locked, snapping at people I actually respected. Every warning light on, and I drove past all of them, because the quarter mattered and pushing through had never failed before.
The crash wasn't gradual. Thursday in March, and I physically could not get out of bed. Not didn't want to. Could not. Recovery took months. When I mapped it backwards afterwards, every sign had been visible six months ahead of it. I just wasn't reading them.
This session is the map I should have had. It won't stop the hard seasons, but it will make the signals legible while there's still something cheap to do about them, which is the only window that matters.
20 seats, one quarter, nothing to pay. It ends by itself when the quarter does. No auto-renewal, nothing to cancel.
After the pilot: £119 per person, per programme, check-in included. How pricing works
