Programmes
Three programmes, one for each moment.
Starting a role, heading into a review, or managing people for the first time. Each programme is three guided sessions, taken in order, and each session ends with a document you use at work. Sixty days after the first session there is one more, to check what’s slipping.

Session 2 of 3 · 35 to 55 minutes
How this place works
You leave with The Translation: the people to learn from, with a message to each, and an eight-week plan, two weeks at a time.
Session 3 of 3 · 35 to 50 minutes
One goal for the quarter
You leave with The Score: a 90-day goal with a number and a date, a 30-day checkpoint, weekly moves and a partner you check in with each week.
Review or promotion ahead
Be seen

Session 3 of 3 · 30 to 50 minutes
Who will confirm it
You leave with The Evidence File: colleagues who will confirm it, asked before the review.
Managing for the first time
Lead

Every programme
Sixty days in, check what's slipping.
One session with the same coach. You look at what you said you'd do, what happened, and the early signs that the old habits are coming back, and leave with what you'll do at each level and who you'll tell. You leave with Signal Map.
