One programme for up to 20 people over a quarter, free: three sessions each, and a check-in sixty days after they start. A guided coaching session takes 35 to 60 minutes, depending on the skill. It ends by itself when the quarter does. No auto-renewal, nothing to cancel. If you carry on, each person is £119 per programme, check-in included.

As many people as you want. Each takes a programme: three sessions and a check-in sixty days after they start. Anyone can take a second programme at the same price. The same price for every team up to 100 people.

What every seat includes

The diagnostic: About three minutes. It records where each person starts
The programme: Arrive, Be seen or Lead: three sessions in order, then a check-in sixty days after the first
The documents: One per session, owned by the employee and theirs to keep
The group report: Which skills are blocking the group, shown once 5 people have finished
Sharing: Each person can share chosen sections of a document with you, and take them back
Seat management: Invite and remove people yourself, any time

What it doesn’t include

Access to individual results. You won’t see anyone’s diagnostic, sessions or documents unless they choose to share sections with you, at any price. That isn’t a tier we hold back: only the person who wrote a document can share it.

How is the price worked out?

£119 for each person on each programme: three sessions and the check-in sixty days after they start. There’s no cap on seats and no minimum. The same price for every team up to 100 people.

What does the pilot cost?

Nothing. 20 seats, one programme, one quarter. It ends by itself when the quarter does. No auto-renewal, nothing to cancel.

Can we pay by invoice and purchase order?

We agree the invoice and purchase order terms with you on the call, including how long you have to pay, before anything is billed. If your finance team needs to set us up as a supplier, we are The First Ten Ltd, company number 17155442, registered in England and Wales.

Is there a contract to renew or cancel?

Not for the pilot. It ends when the quarter does. Buying seats after it is a separate decision, made on the report from the pilot. Seats aren’t a subscription: each one is a person on a programme.

What if we have more than 100 people?

Run the pilot first. After that we scope the rollout with you, including SSO and a DPA if you need them, and agree the price before anything is billed.

How do we know which programme to pilot?

Send your team the free check. Each person takes the diagnostic and sees their own result; you see how many fit each programme, once at least five have taken it. The biggest group is usually the pilot.

Can I buy this for myself instead?

Yes, at the same £119 a programme: pricing for individuals.
