One session with the same coach. You look at what you said you'd do, what happened, and the early signs that the old habits are coming back, and leave with what you'll do at each level and who you'll tell.
Running it for a team
One programme for up to 20 people over a quarter, free: three sessions each, and a check-in sixty days after they start. A guided coaching session takes 35 to 60 minutes, depending on the skill.
You see who has started and finished, and how people rated themselves before and after. You never see what anyone wrote unless they choose to share it with you.
